Dr. Maupin is a director of HealthSouth Corporation, a provider of healthcare services, Pinnacle Financial Partners, Inc., a bank holding company, and VALIC Company I and VALIC Company II, each of which is registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, and consists of various mutual funds.
